制备说明

This product is dissolved in water (5 mg/ml) or cell culture medium (1 mg/ml) to obtain a turbid light yellow solution. When using saltwater as the solvent, a solution with a higher concentration but still turbid (20 mg/ml) was obtained by vortexing and heating to 70-80 oC. Lipopolysaccharide molecules can form micelles in various solvents. In water and phosphate buffered saline, turbid solutions can be observed. Using organic solvents will not result in a clearer solution. Using methanol as the solvent will result in a turbid suspension containing floating particles, while using water as the solvent will yield a uniform turbid solution
