The target protein KIF23, a member of kinesin-like protein family, is component of the centralspindlin complex that serves as a microtubule-dependent and Rho-mediated signaling required for the myosin contractile ring formation during the cell cycle cytokinesis. It is essential for cytokinesis in Rho-mediated signaling and required for the localization of ECT2 to the central spindle. Diseases associated with KIF23 include Anemia, Congenital Dyserythropoietic, Type Iii and Congenital Dyserythropoietic Anemia. This Rabbit anti-Homo sapiens (Human) KIF23 Polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA and IHC applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity.
