用法：
称取本品 58.0g ,加热溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水中,冷至50-55℃时,倾入无菌平皿,备用。
注：无需高压灭菌。
配制方法：称取本品5.8克,加入 100ml蒸馏水, 121℃高压灭菌15分钟，冷至60℃加入过滤除菌1%亚碲酸钾溶液0.1ml,倾入无菌平皿。
质量控制和典型特征：在37℃培养12-24小时，霍乱弧jun典型特征为黑色，菌落边缘浅黄，菌落比较大。
储存条件: 常温干燥
