文献和实验差示热分析 differential thermal analysis
用于测定植物组织的结冰温度的方法。将死的于燥标本与要测定的活标本并列，缓缓降温；在测定干燥标本的温度的同时，测定活标本与干燥标本间之温度差。因活标本结冰时会放热，所以可测知开始结冰时的温度。对一般植物组织，首先可观察到与细胞处结冰相伴的细胞外发热（ extracellular exothe-rm）。温度再下降，细胞内开始结冰，则发生细胞内发热（ intracellular exotherm）。过冷的植物组织必定有这二种发热。
Thermal Melting Studies of Ligand DNA Interactions
