The SMN complex plays a catalyst role in the assembly of small nuclear ribonucleoproteins (snRNPs), the building blocks of the spliceosome. Thereby, plays an important role in the splicing of cellular pre-mRNAs. Most spliceosomal snRNPs contain a common set of Sm proteins SNRPB, SNRPD1, SNRPD2, SNRPD3, SNRPE, SNRPF and SNRPG that assemble in a heptameric protein ring on the Sm site of the small nuclear RNA to form the core snRNP. In the cytosol, the Sm proteins SNRPD1, SNRPD2, SNRPE, SNRPF and SNRPG are trapped in an inactive 6S pICln-Sm complex by the chaperone CLNS1A that controls the assembly of the core snRNP. Dissociation by the SMN complex of CLNS1A from the trapped Sm proteins and their transfer to an SMN-Sm complex triggers the assembly of core snRNPs and their transport to the nucleus. 单抗主要是鼠单抗、兔单抗，多抗主要是兔多抗、山羊多抗等，其他种属来源抗体较少。不建议纠结于单抗好还是多抗好，能做出实验的抗体就是好抗体。 在选择上一般建议实验种属和抗体种属亲缘性越远越好，不宜同源。抗体不同种属会要影响接下来二抗的选配。特别是在免疫荧光双标实验中，需要在区别于实验种属的基础上，区分开两个指标的抗体种属来源，以便于二抗区别识别。 3. 关于性价比的选择 抗体的品质高低最终还是需要通过实验结果来呈现的，但是在选择抗体之前我们并无法准确判断抗体的效果
