The QuickPrep adapter is ideal for high-throughput applications and can process up to 24 x 2 mL samples simultaneously. It is the standard adapter supplied with the FastPrep-24™ 5G benchtop instrument. The ergonomic design of the adapter ensures the 2 mL tubes are easy-to-load and they remain securely sealed during grinding, lysing and homogenization. It is stable and can be placed on a workspace to be used as a tube rack. Frozen samples loaded in the adapter and stored at -20 °C to -80 °C are ready to be immediately processed with minimal hands-on manipulation, preventing degradation of cellular components by endogenous enzymes. Purchase multiple adapters to use the same FastPrep-24 5G instrument for multiple lab groups or sample applications.
