描述:Anti-Aβ agent 1A is a potent anti-amyloid-β agent. Anti-Aβ agent 1A significantly inhibits LPS-induced IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α levels and reduces H2O2-induced apoptosis in SH-SY5Y cells using the mitochondrial pathway, exhibiting antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-Aβ toxicity and neuroprotective activities. Anti-Aβ agent 1A can be used to study Alzheimer's disease.
