描述:(S)-MALT1-IN-5 is a potent inhibitor of MALT1 protease. (S)-MALT1-IN-5 inhibits MALT1 activity and has the potential to improve the enhancement of MALT1 activity caused by abnormal T-cell receptor signalling or B-cell receptor signalling, as well as cancer or inflammatory diseases caused by MALT1 activity. (S)-MALT1-IN-5 has potential for MALT1-related disease studies.
