描述:Thiethylperazine is a phenothiazine derivative. Thiethylperazine is a histamine H1 receptor and dopamine D2 receptor antagonist with oral activity. Thiethylperazine is also a selective ABCC1 activator, which can reduce amyloid-β (Aβ) load in mice. Thiethylperazine has antipsychotic, antiemetic and antibacterial effects.
