没有，所有蛋白都是统一变性的。 dlzhangyu 换loading buffer试试 lxqsh loading buffer也换了还是同样的结果。之后又重新提蛋白然后变性再跑还是这样？有一个教授说可能是细胞崩解了，有没有哪位高手知道是什么回事或者是碰到类似的情况呀？？？求解！！！谢谢~ selleckchem01 用别的蛋白做个对照试一下~ lxqsh
