稳定性

一、抗体的定义和第一代单克隆抗体（经杂交瘤细胞生产）抗体是在对抗原刺激的免疫应答中，B淋巴细胞产生的一类糖蛋白。它是能与相应抗原特异的结合、产生各种免疫效应（生理效应）的球蛋白。国际卫生组织将具有抗体活性及化学结构与抗体相似的一类蛋白统一命名为免疫球蛋白，它与抗体都是指同一类蛋白质。70000之间，称为“重链”（H链）。轻、重链之间和两重链之间由二硫桥连接，这样的四链结构（L2H2）组成一个免疫球蛋白分子。；550个氨基酸残基，相对分子质量在55000，61566；抗体的基本结构所示，由四
