Immunogen: E.coli derived Recombinant Murine IL-2 (PeproTech catalog# 212-12) Sandwich ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100pg/ml of Recombinant Murine IL-2 when used with PeproTech’s Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified anti-Murine IL-2 (500-P111BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0- 2.0 μg/ml. Anti-Murine IL-2 Sandwich ELISA Western Blot: To detect Murine IL-2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Murine IL-2 is 1.0-2.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.2-0.4 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
