本试剂盒提供了二代测序建库中使用的adaptor与primer，专为illumina平台建库设 计，index primer的设计可满足多重高通量测序时制备多个文库样本的需要，制备的文 库可用于Illumina GAIIx，HiSacnSQ、HiSeq 2500/2000/1000和MiSeq sequencing等测序平台的测序。
自备仪器、试剂和耗材
1．磁力架：建议使用DynaMagTM-2。
2．DNA纯化回收试剂盒。
3．DNA建库试剂盒。
4．无水乙醇。
5．反应管：建议使用低吸附的PCR管与1.5 ml离心管；
枪头：建议使用高质量过滤枪头防止试剂盒、文库样本污染。
实验前准备及重要注意事项
1．Adaptor为双链结构，请勿将其置于室温温度以上，以免发生解链、影响使用。
2．Index primer开盖前请短暂离心，使液体收集到管底，以免不同引物间交叉污染。
