rLys-C, Mass Spec Grade (rLys-C， 质 谱 级 ) 是 在 大 肠 杆菌 (E.coli) 中表达的重组 Lys-C。 rLys-C 的序列来源于绿脓杆菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa) 的蛋白酶 IV。与天然的 Lys-C 类似，rLys-C非常特异地切割赖氨酸残基的C末端。即使在蛋白变性条件(如8M 尿素 ) 下， rLys-C 也能保持蛋白水解活性，从而可用于提高对不易水解的蛋白质的消化。当 pH 值范围在 8-9 时， rLys-C 具有最佳活性。 rLys-C 以冻干的形态提供，同时配有重组缓冲液 (ReconstitutionBuffer)，该配方可提高 rLys-C 溶液的稳定性。冷冻的 rLys-C 溶液可在 -20ºC 保存 1 个月，几乎不会损失活性。用 rLys-C 消化单一蛋白和复杂的蛋白混合物，我们推荐在溶液中或在凝胶中进行。
