TNT® Coupled Reticulocyte Lysate System(TNT® 偶联网织红细胞裂解物系统) 为研究者提供了基于真核生物无细胞蛋白翻译的另一个选择，该系统将转录/ 翻译偶联在一起，从而使您在一个试管中即可完成实验。TNT® 裂解物系统大大简化了处理过程，缩短了获得体外翻译结果所需的时间。常规的用兔网织红细胞裂解物进行体外翻译的方法比较繁琐：一般是经SP6、T3 或T7 RNA 聚合酶启动子在体外合成RNA 作为模板，需要三个独立的反应，且每个反应有好几个步骤。TNT® 系统将转录反应的步骤直接整合到翻译反应中，形成混合物，避开了常规方法的繁琐步骤。
