AZDye ™ 532马来酰亚胺是一种亮黄色荧光染料，在pH 4至pH 10范围内具有pH不敏感发射。  AZDye ™ 532的激发非常适合倍频Nd：YAG激光线。AZDye ™ 532染料可与多种抗体、肽、蛋白质、示踪剂和扩增底物缀合，并且通常用于在成像和流式细胞术中产生稳定信号。马来酰亚胺是用于将染料缀合至蛋白质上的硫醇基团、寡核苷酸硫代磷酸酯或低分子量配体的最流行的巯基反应性反应基团。马来酰亚胺基团在pH 6.5至7.5下特异性且有效地与还原的硫醇(巯基，-SH)反应以形成稳定的硫醚键。所得的共轭物比许多其他光谱相似的荧光团的共轭物表现出更亮的荧光和更大的光稳定性。AZDye ™ 532在结构上与Alexa Fluor ® 532相同。它的吸收/发射光谱与许多其他基于磺化罗丹明核的荧光染料的光谱完美匹配，包括Alexa Fluor ® 532和CF ® 532 Dye。

AZDye™ 532 Maleimide is a sulfhydryl reactive, yellow emitting dye routinely used to label proteins or antibodies through the thoil group (Cys), thiol-modified oligonucleotides, and other thiol-containing biomolecules. The labeling occurs most efficiently at pH 6.5-7.5 and forms a stable, covalent bond.AZDye™ 532 is a water-soluble, highly photostable, and bright yellow dye with pH insensitive emission from pH 4 to pH 10. The excitation of AZDye™ 532 ideally suited for the frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser line. AZDye™ 532 dye conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, and amplification substrates often used for generation of stable signal in imaging and flow cytometry.AZDye™ 532 is structurally identical to Alexa Fluor® 532. Its absorption/emission spectra is a perfect match to spectra of many other fluorescent dyes based on sulfonated rhodamine core, including Alexa Fluor® 532 and CF®532 Dye.
