AZDye™ 594叠氮化物是一种明亮的红色荧光叠氮化物激活探针，通过铜催化点击反应(CuAAC)与末端炔反应。它还通过无铜点击化学反应与应变环辛炔反应以形成稳定的三唑，并且不需要Cu催化剂或升高的温度。AZDye™ 594非常适合Ar-Kr混合气体激光器的561 nm和594 nm激光线。AZDye™ 594叠氮化物染料在结构上与Alexa Fluor® 594叠氮化物相同。它的吸收/发射光谱与许多其他基于磺化罗丹明核的荧光染料的光谱完美匹配，包括CF®594 Dye，DyLight® 594和Alexa Fluor® 594。

AZDye™ 594 Azide is a bright, red-fluorescent azide-activated probe that reacts with terminal alkynes via a copper-catalyzed click reaction (CuAAC). It also reacts with strained cyclooctyne via a copper-free click chemistry reaction to form a stable triazole and does not require Cu-catalyst or elevated temperatures. AZDye™ 594 is bright, water-soluble, and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10 red-fluorescent dye with absorption and emission maxima at 590 and 617 nm, respectively. It can be used with the 561 nm and 594 nm laser lines. AZDye™ 594 dye conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, and amplification substrates often used for generation of stable signal in imaging and flow cytometry. AZDye™ 594 dye structurally is identical to Alexa Fluor® 594.Alexa Fluor® 594 is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
