Propargyl-dPEG®1-NHS ester, product number 10511, is a crosslinking click chemistry reagent. The alkynyl end of the molecule reacts with azides via copper(I) or ruthenium catalysis to form 1,3- or 1,5-dipolar cycloaddition products, respectively. The NHS ester end of the molecule reacts with primary and secondary amines to form stable amide bonds.
