PDEs是水解细胞内的环磷酸腺苷(cAMP) 和环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP) 的酶类。而cAMP 和cGMP 是细胞内重要的第二信使，通过激活PKA和PKG来参与能量代谢、免疫反应、记忆、视觉及嗅觉等生理活动。PDEs通过酶解cAMP和cGMP来降低其在体内含量，从而完成对多种生理、病理过程的调控。

一、磷酸二酯酶(PDEs)抗体亚型齐全
FabGennix为各位提供亚型齐全的磷酸二酯酶(PDEs)抗体，比如PDE1有PDE1A、PDE1B、PDE1C三种亚型可供选择；PDE2有PDE2A1、PDE2A2 和PDE2A3三种亚型可供选择等。
二、抗体应用广泛

三、有磷酸化和非磷酸化抗体之分
FabGennix磷酸二酯酶(PDEs)抗体又有磷酸化抗体和非磷酸化抗体之分。
磷酸化抗体：只检测磷酸化的蛋白，非磷酸化的蛋白或者PDE家族的其他蛋白均不在检测范围之内。
非磷酸化抗体：只标记相应的PDE指标，与PDE家族的其他指标没有交叉反应。
