| 背景资料 | Zinc finger protein PLAGL1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PLAGL1 gene. Predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Acts upstream of or within regulation of gene expression and skeletal muscle cell differentiation. Predicted to be located in Golgi apparatus and nuclear body. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; embryo mesenchyme; heart; and sensory organ. Orthologous to human PLAGL1 (PLAG1 like zinc finger 1). |

Use rabbit anti- ZAC/Plagl1 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog # EK1002). A specific band was detected for ZAC/Plagl1 at approximately 51KD. The expected band size for ZAC/Plagl1 is at 51KD.|Figure 2.
