| 背景资料 | Menin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MEN1 gene. It is mapped to 11q13.1. This gene encodes menin,a tumor suppressor associated with a syndrome known as multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1. Menin is a scaffold protein that functions in histone modification and epigenetic gene regulation. It is thought to regulate several pathways and processes by altering chromatin structure through the modification of histones. |

Use rabbit anti- MEN1 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog # EK1002). A specific band was detected for MEN1 at approximately 75KD. The expected band size for MEN1 is at 63-70,75KD.|Figure 2.ICC analysis using anti-MEN1 antibody (A00331-1) was detected in immersion fixed MCF-7 cell line .
