表面活性剂蛋白 D（SP-D）是一种集合蛋白家族蛋白，由胶原样序
列和 C 型凝集素结构域组成。它主要由肺泡 II 型细胞和未分化的支气
管上皮细胞在肺中合成。此外，SP-D 是由胃肠道和外分泌腺的上皮细
胞产生的。SP-D 与微生物上的中性糖模式结合，介导直接调理和吞噬
作用，是先天免疫系统的重要组成部分。
