标曲拟合方式。
ELISA数据处理中所谓的“标准曲线”其实称为拟合曲线比较合适。标准曲线的拟合方式有多种，直线、二次曲线、三次曲线、指数、对数等虽都可用于ELISA及其它生物学反应中的曲线拟合，但都只适用于曲线的一部分，有的适用于前半段，有的适用于后半段，有的适用于中间一段，而四参数Logistic曲线拟合则对曲线的全部都有较好的适用性。目前国际上最流行的免疫检测拟合方式是“四参数Logistic拟合"，用这种拟合方式往往能够比较精确的反映浓度和吸光度的曲线关系，从而进一步比较正确地获得样品中待测物质的浓度值。
