    Lipocalin 家族包含多种主要分泌的可溶性蛋白质，其结合疏水性配
    体并充当转运蛋白，将小分子携带至特定细胞。脂质运载蛋白通过拥有
    8 链β-桶结构相关。Lipocalin-1，也称为泪脂质蛋白（TL），von Ebners
    腺蛋白（VEG）和泪前白蛋白，结合大量疏水分子并展示半胱氨酸蛋白
    酶抑制剂和内核活性。脂质运载蛋白-2，也称为中性粒细胞明胶酶相关
    脂质运载蛋白（NGAL），是来自通常暴露于微生物并在炎症期间上调
    的组织的嗜中性粒细胞中的颗粒的组分。脂质运载蛋白-2 可以形成同源
    二聚体，并且可以与中性粒细胞明胶酶 MMP-9 异二聚体化。
