细胞毒性 t 淋巴细胞蛋白 4，也称为 CTLA4 和 CD152，是一种单通
道 I 型膜蛋白，是免疫球蛋白超家族的成员。它是 CD28 受体家族的第
二个成员。这两种蛋白质的配体或反受体是 B7 家族成员，CD80 (B7-1)
和 CD86 (B7-2)。CTLA4 向 T 细胞传递抑制信号，而 CD28 则传递刺激
信号。细胞内 CTLA4 也存在于调节性 T 细胞中，并可能在其功能中发
挥重要作用。CD152 或细胞毒性 T 淋巴细胞抗原-4 (CTLA-4)是参与 T
细胞激活负调控的重要受体。由于 CD152 具有深刻的抑制作用，它被
认为是自身免疫的一个良好的敏感候选者，也是癌症免疫治疗的一个有
说服力的靶点。特别是，最近的证据表明，CD152 在被称为调节性 T 细
胞(Treg)的抑制细胞群的稳态和功能中也很重要。
