描述:EGF 是目前发现的 EGFR 的主要配体之一,是一种强效生长因子,可刺激多种表皮和上皮细胞的增殖,由于 EGF 配体与细胞外受体(例如 EGF)相结合,EGFR 二聚体化引起胞内域形成酪氨酸激酶活化,激活下游信号通路,经信号的级联反应,最终信号传递至细胞核,调控相应基因的表达,进而控制细胞生长分裂、分化、迁移与粘附等生理活动。此外,EGF还可抑制胃酸分泌,并参与创伤修复过程。EGF通过与C-erbB受体(属I型酪氨酸激酶受体)相结合而传导信号,EGF 是胃肠道、甲状腺、肝脏、脑等多种类器官培养所需的细胞因子。
