舒缓激肽 bradykinin

　　 由9个氨基酸组成的肽（Arg-Pro-Pro-Yly-Phe-Ser-Pro-Phe-Arg）。在血液中即使微量存在，也能增加毛细血管的通透性而引起白血球渗出。也是能引起血压降低和疼痛等作用的发炎物质。其前体物质是血浆蛋白的α-球蛋白中的舒缓激肽原（分子量4万5千左右的糖蛋白），在胰蛋白酶或蛇毒作用下可分解，生成舒缓激肽。因为对平滑肌具有缓慢的收缩作用，故命名为brady（舒缓）kinin（激肽）。
