单克隆跟多克隆的区别:
· 多克隆抗体多克隆抗体是动物体内生成多种不同抗体B细胞的活化结果。它们被视为抗体混合物,可与抗原表面的多个表位反应多克隆抗体抗原识别灵活性更高,亲和力更强,兼容更广泛的应用。但是同时也可能产生非特异性结合带来的高背景和批次间的不稳定性。
· 单克隆抗体单克隆抗体通过杂交瘤技术生产,每个B细胞产生针对特定抗原表位的特异性抗体,同一克隆的抗体产生完全相同的抗体拷贝。因此单克隆抗体具有高特异性、批间一致性和重复性等特点。然而单克隆抗体可能会出现识别抗原丢失或隐蔽,实验应用受限等问题,杂交瘤细胞系漂变也会影响单抗的表达。

1 免疫动物选择:

2 抗原免疫
