ZAP-70是一种络氨酸蛋白激酶，在T细胞和NK细胞表达，参与T细胞受体的激活。该基因突变会使人类患重症复合性免疫缺陷综合症（SCID）。该抗原还与慢性淋巴细胞性白血病（CLL）病人的lg重链基因突变状态、病情进展和病人预后有关。所以该抗体可用于CLL的预后判断。
