Epithelial Membrane Antigen EMA是一组糖蛋白，广泛分布在各种正常上皮细胞膜上及其肿瘤中，分布范围与细胞角蛋白相似，但对内脏腺上皮的表达优于细胞角蛋白。因此对上皮源性肿瘤，尤其是低分化腺癌，最好与细胞角蛋白联合应用，可提高阳性率。EMA高温修复可增强染色强度。
