Description :FOXA1 is a transcriptional activator that is required for tissue-specific differentiation duringembryonic development. It also functions as a coactivator with nuclear hormone receptors, including ESR1, and has been shown to play a major role in driving estrogen receptor positivebreast cancers.
Preparation :The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with Alexa Fluor® 647under optimal conditions.
Concentration :0.5 mg/ml
Storage & Handling :The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected fromprolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Application :ICFC - Quality tested
Recommended Usage :Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular flow cytometry using our TrueNuclear™ Transcription Factor Staining Protocol. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested useof this reagent is ≤ 5 µl per million cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent betitrated for optimal performance for each application.
