背景资料：The protein encoded by CDC2 is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. This protein is a catalytic subunit of the highly conserved protein kinase complex known as M-phase promoting factor (MPF), which is essential for G1/S and G2/M phase transitions of eukaryotic cell cycle. Mitotic cyclins stably associate with this protein and function as regulatory subunits. The kinase activity of this protein is controlled by cyclin accumulation and destruction through the cell cycle. The phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of this protein also play important regulatory roles in cell cycle control. 文献和实验Cdc2蛋白是裂殖酵母cdc2基因编码的蛋白，分子两34kDa,所以有称为p34cdc2 蛋白。通过对分离的裂殖酵母突变体的研究发现, 没有Cdc2的活性,细胞不能进入有丝分裂。这表明Cdc2是裂殖酵母进入有丝分裂的一个关键调节因子。实际上它是一种蛋白激酶，与周期蛋白结合后被激活，并促使细胞进入细胞周期。由于裂殖酵母中只有Cdc2一种蛋白激酶，所以p34cdc2 蛋白又被称为细胞周期引擎。
在免疫反应方面，基于抗原的刺激在体内形成、并与抗原作特异性结合的蛋白质之总称。其化学实质是免疫球蛋白。抗体，按照抗原抗体反应的类型可分别称为沉淀素、凝集素、溶血素、溶菌素、抗毒素、中和抗体等，但这些并不等于有相应的不同抗体存在，一般多只表明抗体反应的多样性而已。抗体在血清中含量最多（体液抗体=humoral antibody）；含有某特定抗体的血清称为抗血或免疫血清。
