Description :The 28-8-6 antibody reacts with the H-2K and H-2D MHC class I alloantigens expressed onnucleated cells from mice of the H-2K /H-2D haplotype. H-2K /H-2D is involved in antigenpresentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. The 28-8-6 antibody crossreacts with H-2D MHC class I alloantigen, but does not react with alloantigens of f, k, p, q, r, shaplotypes.

Recommended Usage :Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometricanalysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.25 µg per 10 cellsin 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.
