产品简介：
Rapid Running Buffer（以下简称RRB）为白色至类白色速溶颗粒。RRB速溶颗粒是指将日常实验工作中用到的RRB缓冲液以速溶颗粒的形式呈现。RRB速溶颗粒使用简单、快速，无需计算、称量、调节pH等繁琐的配液过程，即取即用；此外，RRB速溶颗粒的标准化大规模生产工艺可避免人为配液过程中的误差，保证缓冲液的批内及批间稳定性。
RRB缓冲液是快速核酸电泳缓冲液，主要用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳。RRB缓冲液的缓冲能力强、分辨率高，能够有效分离5 kb以内的DNA片段。和一定浓度的琼脂糖凝胶一起使用，能够支持300~350 V（15 V/cm）的高压快速电泳，可将常规电泳时间由30分钟缩短至10分钟左右。RRB缓冲液可替代TBE缓冲液，用于小分子量DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳。
产品使用方法：
1. 配制1×RRB工作缓冲液
（1）烧杯中加入约600 mL的蒸馏水，内置磁性搅拌子后置于磁力搅拌器上；
（2）用剪刀剪开或撕开RRB速溶颗粒包装袋，将包装袋内得全部内容物缓慢倒入烧杯，搅拌至完全溶解；
（3）向步骤2的RRB溶液中添加蒸馏水，定容至1 L，所得溶液即为1×RRB工作缓冲液。
2. 电泳
（1）常规电泳
1×RRB缓冲液可替代TBE缓冲液进行常规电泳，实现小分子量DNA片段的有效分离。
（2）快速电泳
推荐使用浓度为1.5%的琼脂糖凝胶，电压调节至300~350 V（15 V/cm），可在10 min内实现100~5000 bp DNA片段的有效分离。
