用途：
微生物学检验试剂，用于细胞色素氧化酶阳性好氧微生物的检测；对于氧化酶试剂，使 用 1% 的 N,N,N′,N′-四甲基对苯.二胺二盐.酸盐的水溶液，氧化酶（细胞色素氧化酶）是细胞色 素呼吸酶系统的最终呼吸酶，具有氧化酶的细菌首先使细胞色素 C 氧化，再由氧化型细胞色素 C 使 对苯.二胺氧化生成有色的醌类化合物（仅供参考）。
常用方法有三种；
（1）菌落法：直接滴加试剂于被检菌菌落上。
（2）滤纸法：取洁净滤纸一小块沾取菌少许，然后加试剂。
（3）试剂纸片法：将滤纸片浸泡于试剂中制成试剂纸片，取菌涂于试剂纸上。
（4）结果：细菌在与试剂接触 10 秒内呈深紫色为阳性，为保证结果的准确性分别以铜绿假单 胞菌和大肠埃希菌作为阳性和阴性对照。

Usage:

Microbiological testing reagents, used for the detection of cytochrome oxidase positive aerobic microorganisms; For oxidase reagents, use a 1% aqueous solution of N, N, N ', N' - tetramethyl-phenylenediamine salt and acid salt. The oxidase (cytochrome oxidase) is the final respiratory enzyme of the cytochrome respiratory enzyme system. Bacteria with the oxidase first oxidize cytochrome C, and then oxidize p-phenylenediamine to produce colored quinone compounds (for reference only).

There are three commonly used methods;

(1) Colony method: Directly drip the reagent onto the tested bacterial colony.

(2) Filter paper method: Take a small piece of clean filter paper and stain it with a small amount of bacteria, then add reagents.

(3) Reagent paper method: Soak the filter paper in the reagent to make a reagent paper, take bacteria and apply them onto the reagent paper.

(4) Result: Bacteria that show a deep purple color within 10 seconds of contact with the reagent are considered positive. To ensure the accuracy of the results, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli are used as positive and negative controls, respectively.
