一般描述

在芳香族(或异芳香族)羧酸存在下,通过与(N-异环氨基)三苯.基磷烷反应,生成空间位阻的1,3,4-恶二唑衍生物。[6]
DCC已可用于制备钛酸盐纳米管-酞菁(TiONts-Pc)纳米复合材料[7] 和和7-(叔-丁基二甲基硅基)氧)庚-2,4-二炔-1-丙.酸酯。[8]

General description
DCC is the acronym for N, N '- dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. In peptide synthesis, it is used to activate carboxyl groups. The structure of DCC has been analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. [1] It mediates the esterification reaction between polyvinyl alcohol and free acetyl propionate to generate polyvinyl alcohol co acetyl propionate ester. [2]

DCC can be used to promote
The esterification reaction between 7- (tert butyldim.ethylsilyl) oxygen and propionic acid produces 7- (tert butyldim.ethylsilyl) oxyhept-2,4-diyne-1-ol. [3]
It can also be used for synthesis:
1,3-Thiazolidine derivatives were synthesized by [2+2] cycloaddition of 2-styrene and 2- (4-nitrophenyl) isothiocyanate. [4]
1,3,5-oxadiazine-4-thione undergoes cycloaddition reaction with benzoyl isothiocyanate [4+2]. [5]
In the presence of aromatic (or isoaromatic) carboxylic acids, 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives with steric hindrance are generated by reacting with (N-isocyclic amino) triphenylphosphane. [6]
DCC has been used to prepare titanate nanotube phthalocyanine (TiONts PC) nanocomposites [7] and 7- (tert butyldim.ethylsilyl) oxygen) hept-2,4-dialkyn-1-propanoate. [8]
