体外研究：
Resazurin钠（二唑间苯二酚钠）通常用于通过还原为荧光产物间苯二酚来测量细菌和真核细胞的活力。将Resazurin钠以44μM的浓度掺入兔F.tullarensis LVS的TSBc培养物中，接种后24小时未检测到活菌。与单独的生长培养基相比，将Resazurin钠浓度降低至4.4μM仍然会使活的兔F.tularensis LVS减少10倍。两种Resazurin钠处理均导致存活的兔F.tularensis LVS细菌在22小时内显著减少。用Resazurin钠处理显著减少了感染后22小时HEK293细胞中存活的兔F.tularensis LVS细菌的数量。
细胞实验参考：
F.tularensis is cultured in TSBc supplemented with 44μM Resazurin sodium salt at 37℃ with shaking for 24h.At select time points,a Spectronic 200 Spectrophotometer is used to measure the absorbance at 600nm and 570nm to detect the presence of Resazurin sodium salt and resorufin,respectively.The ratio of these two optical densities is used to evaluate reduction of Resazurin sodium salt to resorufin over time.
