说明:一种抗真菌的多烯类抗生素,靠特异性地结合麦角甾醇,抑制真菌生长。 不像制霉菌素和菲律宾霉素, 纳他霉素不改变细胞膜的通透性。

Explanation: An antifungal polyene antibiotic that inhibits fungal growth by specifically binding to ergosterol. Unlike nystatin and Philippine mycin, natamycin does not alter the permeability of cell membranes.
Physical properties: Almost odorless and odorless, can contain 3mol of water, almost insoluble in water, higher alcohols, ethers, esters, slightly soluble in methanol, soluble in ice vinegar, acid, and xylene sulfoxide. Sensitive to oxidants and ultraviolet radiation.
