Description :Biotin (vitamin B7 or vitamin H) is essential for cell growth and the metabolization of fat andprotein. It is also often used to tag a molecule of interest. The anti-biotin antibody can be usedas a second-step reagent for detecting biotinylated targets.

Recommended Usage :This product is suitable for use with the Maxpar® Metal Labeling Kits. For metal labeling usingMaxpar® Ready antibodies, proceed directly to the step to Partially Reduce the Antibody by adding100 µl of Maxpar® Ready antibody to 100 µl of 4 mM TCEP-R in a 50 kDa filter and continue withthe protocol. Always refer to the latest version of Maxpar® User Guide when conjugating Maxpar®Ready antibodies.
