    LTBR(淋巴感光素β受体(TNFR超家族，成员3))是肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)受体家族的一员。肿瘤坏死因子受体是一种结合肿瘤坏死因子的三聚体细胞因子受体。受体与适配蛋白(如TRADD, TRAF, RIP)合作，这在决定应答结果中很重要。LTBR在大多数细胞类型的表面表达，包括上皮细胞和髓系细胞，但不在T和B淋巴细胞上表达。LTBR特异性结合淋巴毒素膜形式(淋巴毒素α和淋巴毒素β的复合物)。LTBR及其配体在淋巴组织和转化细胞的发育和组织中起作用。这种蛋白的激活可以引发细胞凋亡。LTBR不仅有助于触发细胞凋亡，还能导致细胞因子白细胞介素8的释放。HEK293细胞中LTBR的过表达增加了IL-8启动子活性并导致IL-8释放。它对次级淋巴器官的发育和组织以及趋化因子的释放也是必不可少的。
