Trypsin solution is widely used for the dissociation of tissues and monolayer cells.
The function of trypsin is to hydrolyze proteins between cells, leading to cell dispersion. Different tissues or cells have different reactions to the action of pancreatic enzymes. The activity of pancreatic enzyme dispersed cells is also related to its concentration, temperature, and action time. At pH 8.0 and temperature 37 ℃, the action ability of pancreatic enzyme solution is strongest.
