Description ：The mouse lineage panel has been designed to react with cells from the major hematopoieticcell lineages, such as T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes,NK cells, and erythrocytes. The Alexa Fluor® 700 Mouse Lineage Antibody Cocktail isdesigned for the flow cytometric identification of hematopoietic progenitors in mouse bonemarrow. Components include anti-mouse CD3, clone 17A2; anti-mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C, cloneRB6-8C5; anti-mouse CD11b, clone M1/70; anti-mouse CD45R/B220, clone RA3-6B2; antimouse TER-119/Erythroid cells, clone Ter-119. Alexa Fluor® 700 Mouse Lineage IsotypeControl Cocktail contains equivalent concentrations of isotype-matched negative controlimmunoglobulin.

Storage & Handling ：The antibody solutions should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected fromprolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

Application ：FC - Quality tested

Recommended Usage ：Each lot of these antibodies is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flowcytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 µl permillion cells or 20 µl per 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated foroptimal performance for each application.
