Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Monkeypox virus A4L antibody [HL2555] (GTX638927) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Non-infected (–) and infected (+) BSC-40 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Monkeypox virus A4L antibody [HL2555] (GTX638927) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Monkeypox virus A4L antibody [HL2555] detects Monkeypox virus A4L protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Monkeypox virus A4L stained by Monkeypox virus A4L antibody [HL2555] (GTX638927) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
