Description ：CD304, also known as neuropilin-1, BDCA-4 and VEGF165R, is a 140 kD type Itransmembrane protein. Its extracellular region contains 2 CUB, 2 FV/FVIII, and one MAMdomain; a soluble isoform is produced by alternative mRNA splicing. CD304 is involved inangiogenesis, neural development, and tumor metastasis. It's expressed by plasmacytoiddendritic cells, thymocytes, neurons, endothelium, and a subset of T cells. CD304 is alsoexpressed in several carcinomas, and a high expression of this molecule in prostate cancercorrelates with a poor prognosis.

It is recommended that the reagent betitrated for optimal performance for each application.

Brilliant Violet 711™ excites at 405 nm and emits at 711 nm. The bandpass filter 710/50 nm isrecommended for detection, although filter optimization may be required depending on otherfluorophores used. Be sure to verify that your cytometer configuration and software setup areappropriate for detecting this channel. Refer to your instrument manual or manufacturer forsupport.
