is evaporated in speedvac and the DNA is resuspended in 12ml ddH2O. For test DNA extracted from fresh tissue, we use 50 ng (measured by Taqman or Fluorometry). Vortex, quickspin. Heat to 100°C 5-10 min. Use thin-walled PCR tubes only. Place on ice
