Recombinant monoclonal antibody recognizing human CD28. This antibody binds to CD28 on T cells and promotes T cell response. Not tested in other species. This antibody crosslinked with FcGR2B is useful for activation of CD27 costimulatory pathway in T cells. This antibody has been humanized to reduce immunogenicity and improve the therapeutic half-life.
