Human secreted CD112, also known as Nectin-2, Herpes virus entry mediator B, HVEB, PVRL2, and PRR2, GenBank Accession No. NM_002856, a.a. 32-360 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system, with C-terminal His and Avi™ tags, this protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-tag™ technology. MW = 38.3 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
