Human AKT Serine/Threonine Kinase 1 (AKT1), also known as Protein Kinase B Alpha (PKBα), and RAC, GenBank Accession No. NM_001014432, a.a. 1-480(full length) with N-terminal His-tag, was expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system. MW=60 kDa. The purified AKT1 is activated in vitro using PDK1 enzyme.
