A compact and intelligent viscosity measurement station, suitable for a range of standard glass capillary viscometers. When used with compatible LAUDA constant temperature baths (such as LAUDA ET 15S, Viscocool 6, or Viscotemp) and corresponding glass capillary viscometers, it can measure kinematic viscosity in the range of 0.3 to 30000 mm²/s. Compact in structure, easy to operate. The fully automatic iVisc, with its small footprint and user-friendly design, serves as an ideal introductory instrument for professional viscosity measurement. Simply connect the USB cable to your computer, open the software, and the capillary viscometer enters the measurement-ready state. As the most advanced measuring device, iVisc provides the most intuitive and straightforward Windows user interface. Consequently, measurement data including system status, measurement duration, and pause duration are presented in tabular format, offering clear visibility. You can also drag and drop capillary data into the measurement window. Using dropdown menus, you can specify pertinent application assessments and all common characteristic viscosity approximations to measure polymer chain length. Based on precise measurement times, and considering necessary corrections, we can evaluate the absolute kinematic viscosity and dynamic viscosity (if sample density is known).
