Thermo Scientific Pierce 过氧化物酶偶联物稳定剂是一种防冻液，用于储存抗体和其他 HRP 结合物等分试剂和储备液，使其在冷冻状态下保持液体形式，无需解冻即可取用。
过氧化物酶偶联物稳定剂的特点：
•为酶偶联抗体和蛋白提供防冻保护
•含有高纯度乙二醇，使蛋白溶液在 -20°C 下保持低粘度液态
•含有防腐剂，避免长期储存期间细菌污染
•无需分装偶联物，取样方便
Pierce 过氧化物酶偶联物稳定剂可用于储存过氧化物酶偶联抗体、链霉亲和素和其他蛋白（HRP 偶联物）。将稳定剂与 HRP 偶联物溶液按 2:1 或 1:1 比例混合（通常至少 1 mg/mL）即可得到稳定的偶联物储备液，该溶液在 -20°C 下仍可保持液态。用户可以从零下温度条件下直接移取偶联物，避免反复冻融损害酶活性。稳定剂溶液纯度高，不含氧化剂和其他可能损害酶活性的污染物，确保储备液可保存数月而无显著活性损失。
